S3 was founded by members of specialized Law Enforcement, Military Professionals, and Intelligence Personnel. Our highly-trained operators are current State/Federal Law Enforcement Officers or previous U.S. Special Operations soldiers who have experience working in a variety of environments from remote international locations to urban multi-family housing developments.
